摘要
日本新干线运营半个多世纪以来,客运量、旅客周转量、运输密度等指标不断提升,体现出安全性高、运输密度高等典型特征.在阐述日本新干线运营效果基础上,分别从列车开行方案、综合调度指挥、动车组运用、客运服务等方面总结相关做法和经验.结合我国国情、路情,并充分考虑未来铁路客运需求发展态势,参考日本新干线运营管理的有效举措和先进经验,从高速列车产品谱系化设计、客流调查、人性化服务、成本收益管理、设备设施优化等方面提出对我国高速铁路运营管理的启示和借鉴.
Abstract
Since the operation of Japanese Shinkansen for more than half a century,passenger traffic volume,passenger traffic turnover and traffic density have been continuously improved,demonstrating typical characteristics of high safety,high traffic density,etc.This paper introduces the operation of Shinkansen,and then summarizes the practices and experiences in terms of train operation plan,comprehensive dispatching command,EMU operation and passenger service.Based on its operation management practices and experiences,this paper suggests ideas for China's railway operation,including high speed train product lineage design,passenger flow investigation,personal service,cost-benefit management,equipment and facility optimization,etc..
