摘要

为推动铁路信息化建设发展、加快数字化转型进程,中国国家铁路集团有限公司"十四五"网信规划明确提出铁路行业云数据中心采用多地多中心总体布局.为适应多云部署的发展要求,实现铁路多地多中心云资源的统一管理和资源调度,提出基于VDC租户模型的多云管理平台,对异构资源池统一管理、多云统一资源编排、多云资源容量统一规划等关键技术开展研究,并对当前铁路数据中心的现状及未来建设方向进行探讨,以期为铁路多云环境的运维管理工作提供重要支撑.

Abstract

For the purpose of promoting railway digitalization,CHINA RAILWAY explicitly proposes,in its 14th Five-Year Plan for cyberspace affairs,that the railway cloud data center will adopt multi-site and multi-center layout.In an effort to meet the requirements of multi-cloud deployment and realize the unified management and resource scheduling of multi-site and multi-center railway cloud resources,this paper proposes a multi-cloud management platform which is based on the VDC tenant model.The key technologies such as unified management of heterogeneous resource pools,unified multi-cloud resource orchestration,and unified planning of multi-cloud resource capacity are studied,and the current situation and prospect of railway data centers are discussed,thus providing significant support for the O&M management of railway multi-cloud environment.
