In order to meet the high-standard requirements of railways for safety protection fields such as external environment,flood control,emergency rescue and disaster relief,anti-terrorism and public security,CR plans to build a"Line Safety Environment Control Platform"for the whole railway industry.Taking the control platform pilot project of CR-Ji'nan as an example,this paper sorts out the current situation of the existing video surveillance system of CR-Ji'nan and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the traditional video surveillance mode;discusses the 2-level architecture building mode of the control platform of CR and its regional groups,mainly including specific implementation methods and functional modules of the platform;puts forward the building plan of the control platform pilot project,and summarizes the deficiencies in the previous pilot application to provide a reference for the comprehensive promotion and improvement of the control platform building of the railway network in the future.
