轴箱内置式转向架高速线路适应性评估

基于轴箱内置式转向架实测参数及边界条件,建立动车组拖车动力学仿真模型.研究新车轮型面、大锥度车轮型面与60D、60N及其正负偏差钢轨型面匹配并高速通过实测线路时,车辆运行稳定性及平稳性;研究轴箱内置式转向架高速通过不同曲线线路,以及正、侧向通过18#道岔时的车辆运行安全性,并评估轴箱内置式转向架对高速线路适应性.结果表明:轴箱内置式转向架动车组以300~450 km/h运行速度通过直线线路时,脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力、构架横向加速度等稳定性指标,随运行速度提升呈增大趋势,但均未超出相应标准限值,车辆平稳性指标属于优级;当动车组以不同运行速度通过不同半径曲线时,稳定性指标未超出相应标准限值,车辆平稳性指标属于优级,且轮对冲角很小;动车组以450 km/h运行速度正向通过18#道岔、以90 km/h运行速度侧向通过18#道岔时,稳定性指标未超出相应标准限值;动车组通过实测三级轨道水平不平顺时,稳定性指标未超出相应标准限值,车辆的垂、横向平稳性指标属于优级.因此,轴箱内置式转向架动车组在400 km/h运行速度范围内,能够适应京沪高铁线路运行.
Assessment on Adaptability of Bogies with Built-in Journal Boxes to High Speed Railway Lines
A dynamic simulation model of the EMU trailer was created based on the measured parameters and boundary conditions of bogies with built-in journal boxes.This paper studies:a)the carbody vibration characteristics and riding comfort when the new wheel profile and large-conicity wheel profile match with 60D,60N,and their positive/negative deviation rail profiles and when vehicles negotiate the measured tracks at a high speed;b)the operation safety of vehicles when bogies with built-in journal boxes negotiate different curved tracks at a high speed and negotiate an 18#turnout via the main track and the branch track.Furthermore,the study assesses the adaptability of high speed bogies with built-in journal boxes to high speed railway lines.The results indicate that:a)When the EMU with bogies with built-in axle boxes negotiates a straight track at 300~450 km/h,the stability indexes such as derailment coefficient,rate of wheel load reduction,wheel-axle lateral force,and lateral acceleration of frame grow with the increase of operating speed.However,they do not exceed the corresponding standard limits.The carbody riding indexes are excellent;b)When the EMU negotiates small-radius,medium-radius,and large-radius curves at different operating speeds,the operation stability indexes of the vehicles do not exceed the corresponding standard limits,the carbody riding indexes are excellent,and the angle of attack of wheelsets is very small;c)When the EMU negotiates an 18# turnout via the main track at 450 km/h and via the branch track at 90 km/h,the operation safety indexes do not exceed corresponding standard limits;d)When the EMU negotiates the measured track with class Ⅲ irregularity on cross level,the stability indexes such as derailment coefficient,rate of wheel load reduction,wheel-axle lateral force,and lateral acceleration of frame do not exceed corresponding standard limits,and the vertical and lateral riding indexes of vehicles are excellent.From the perspectives of carbody vibration and riding comfort,EMUs with bogies with built-in journal boxes can adapt to the operation on Beijing-Shanghai HSR with operating speeds lower than 400 km/h.
