摘要
针对铁路预制箱梁钢筋工程存在的设计水平不高、生产方式落后等问题,开展基于BIM的铁路预制箱梁钢筋设计加工一体化研究.建立铁路预制箱梁钢筋一体化设计理论,利用Tekla软件完成梁体BIM设计及钢筋精细化设计,主要解决钢筋与预应力管道、锚具、泄水孔干扰等问题;运用大数据、云平台、物联网等技术,开发数据转化软件、生产管理系统、车间控制系统,并与设备厂商联合研发钢筋自动加工成套专用装备.在津潍铁路箱梁钢筋工程进行现场应用,结果表明,该研究能够提升铁路预制箱梁钢筋工程的自动化水平,可为其他类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low design level and backward production mode in steel bar works of railway prefabricated box girder,this paper studies the integrated steel bar design and processing for BIM-based railway prefabricated box girder.This paper establishes the integrated steel bar design theory of railway prefabricated box girder,and uses Tekla software to complete the BIM design of girder body and refined design of steel bar,which mainly solves the problems of interference between steel bar and prestressed pipeline,anchorage and drainage opening;it uses technologies such as big data,cloud platform and loT to develop data conversion software,production management system and workshop control system,and collaborates with equipment manufacturers to develop complete sets of special equipment for automatic steel bar processing.The field application in the steel bar works of box girder of Tianjin-Weifang Railway shows that this study can improve the automation level of steel bar works of railway prefabricated box girder and provide a reference for other similar works.
