Research on the Construction of Talent Evaluation System for Railway Science and Technology Enterprises
Improving the talent evaluation system is a key issue in deepening the talent development system and mechanism of railway science and technology enterprises.Based on clarifying the concept of talent evaluation system for railway science and technology enterprises and in combination with its industry attributes and characteristics,taking career development channels and talent evaluation scenarios as the core,this paper puts forward the structural framework of talent evaluation system,proposes the functional composition of talent evaluation system from the aspects of evaluation purpose,subject,content,method and period,sorts out and designs the core index set of talent evaluation,and puts forward the implementation strategy of talent evaluation system from the aspects of maintenance of talent evaluation index system,application of talent evaluation results,assessment of talent evaluation and information support of talent evaluation,so as to provide support for promoting the reform of talent evaluation and improving the institutional mechanism of talent development.
