高速铁路引入前海中心区方案探讨

为打造轨道上的大湾区,促进香港融入国家发展大局,支撑前海大规模开发建设,提出将高速铁路引入前海中心区并预留延伸至香港条件的设想方案.基于区域铁路网络布局和城市规划,分析将高速铁路引入前海中心区并进一步延伸至香港的必要性与可行性,参考现有同类型车站,将前海车站定位为大湾区高速城际车站,推荐前海运动公园作为车站选址.重点分析相关高速铁路引入前海车站的通道及站场布局方案,并从枢纽分层布局和片区综合开发2个角度提出规划建议,支撑前海从"城市尽端"走向"湾区中心"并成为粤港澳大湾区、深圳先行示范区建设的新引擎.
Discussion on the Scheme of Introducing High Speed Railway into Qianhai Central Area
This paper presents a scheme for introducing a high speed railway into the Qianhai Central Area and making provision for extending it to Hong Kong in the future.The objectives of this scheme are to foster the development of the Greater Bay Area with an efficient railway network,integrate Hong Kong into the overall national development,and support the large-scale development in Qianhai.Based on the regional railway network layout and urban planning,an analysis was conducted on the necessity and feasibility of introducing a high speed railway into the Qianhai Central Area and further extending it to Hong Kong.By referring to existing similar railway stations,it is determined that Qianhai Railway Station should function as a high speed intercity railway station in the Greater Bay Area.It is recommended to locate this station at Qianhai Sports Park.The analysis focuses on the corridor and station layout for introducing a high speed railway into Qianhai Station.Furthermore,suggestions were put forward from perspectives of the hierarchical hub layout and the comprehensive development of the area,to support Qianhai to move from"the end of the city"to"the center of the Greater Bay Area"and become a new engine for the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone.
