Satisfaction Evaluation and Countermeasures for High Speed Railway Commuter Service in Capital Metropolitan Area
An evaluation system was developed to understand the current level of satisfaction with high speed railway commuter services in metropolitan areas.The aim is to explore the future optimization for high speed railway commuter service development.The evaluation includes four key aspects:waiting and riding services,ticketing management,time efficiency,and connection and transfer experience.The factor analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out empirical analysis on the satisfaction with high speed railway commuter services in the capital metropolitan area.According to the analysis,the level of satisfaction with the waiting and riding services is high while that with the ticketing management is the lowest.This reveals the major influencing factors such as a limited range of fare systems and ticket prices,as well as inefficient connections and transfers.Suggestions were put forth to enhance high speed railway commuter services in the capital metropolitan area,encompassing the implementation of dynamic pricing based on timing and streamlining the filing system for regular commuters.The study offers a basis and recommendations for enhancing the quality of high speed railway commuter operational services in metropolitan areas across China.
