Investment Direction of Regional Railway Network Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction in North-South Corridor
With the sustainable development of the national economy,the total demand for railway freight transport will further increase.Under the standard of existing lines,there are problems of insufficient capacity in some sections and stations of the north-south freight corridor,which cannot meet the future transport demand.Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway and Yiyang-Zhanjiang Railway are trunk lines in the regional railway network of north-south corridor,so it is urgent to study their capacity expansion and reconstruction schemes.Based on the current situation and planning of the regional railway network,in combination with transportation and production needs,referring to the pre-feasibility study results of each line's capacity expansion and reconstruction,by reasonably allocating the southward freight flow of the regional railway network according to the shortest route principle,this paper finds out the bottleneck of the regional railway network capacity according to the current line carrying capacity and puts forward the capacity expansion and reconstruction scheme and investment direction.This paper analyzes the investment directions for capacity expansion and reconstruction of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,Jiaozuo-Liuzhou Railway and Yiyang-Zhanjiang Railway by comprehensive comparison,selects reasonable investment directions,determines the scale of capacity expansion and reconstruction of lines and stations,and improves capital investment benefits.
