TSI Certification Practice for Infrastructure Subsystem of Belgrade-Stara Pazova Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway
With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,China's railway industry has been accelerating its pace of"going global".In order to ensure the smooth progress of Belgrade-Stara Pazova Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway participated by Chinese railway enterprises,it is necessary to comprehensively interpret the certification requirements of EU TSI,including general and specific basic requirements.TSI certification of railway infrastructure subsystem includes three parts:interoperability(IC)constituent certification,EC compliance verification and project completion certification.The main process is as follows:development of the certification scheme,preparation of the certification application,submission of the certification application,technical assessment,evidence collection and analysis,issuance of the certification results,and post-certification monitoring.Through the TSI certification practice for infrastructure subsystem of Belgrade-Stara Pazova Section of Hungary-Serbia Railway,this paper sorts out the content,process and key points of certification for infrastructure subsystem,which can provide references for the improvement of China's railway technical specifications and conformity assessment system,and also provide strong support for the competition of China's railway in the international market.
