巨型复杂铁路网基础设施动态检测管理探讨

随着我国铁路网 日趋巨型化和复杂化,对铁路基础设施进行高质量运用维修,保证路网长期安全稳定运行已成为重中之重.采用动态检测与数据分析相结合的方法,可有效实施铁路基础设施精准维修和预防性状态修,是保证铁路持续安全稳定的重要技术手段.通过深入分析目前动态检测管理工作中任务资源统筹、装备安全运用、同等工况覆盖检测、数据质量管理等方面存在的问题,制定了针对性解决措施,大幅提高了检测覆盖率和效率,降低了装备故障率,检测数据质量稳步提升,同时给出后续动态检测管理工作建议.
Reflections on Dynamic Inspection Management of Infrastructure in Giant and Complex Railway Network
With the increasingly giant and complex railway network in China,it has become a top priority to carry out high-quality operation and maintenance of railway infrastructure and ensure long-term safe and stable operation of the railway network.The combination of dynamic inspection and data analysis can ensure the accurate maintenance and preventive condition-based maintenance of railway infrastructure,which is an important technical means to guarantee the continuous safety and stability of railways.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the overall planning of task resources,safe application of equipment,coverage inspection in equal working conditions and data quality management in current dynamic inspection management,this paper formulates targeted solutions,which greatly improves the inspection coverage and efficiency,reduces the equipment failure rate,and steadily improves the inspection data quality.At the same time,it also provides suggestions for subsequent dynamic inspection management.
