Redesign and Adaptation of Ticketing System Based on Cross-border Passenger Service of China-Laos Railway
China-Laos Railway has been put into operation and it plays a positive role in promoting"the Belt and Road Initiative".The connectivity of China-Laos Railway infrastructure,combined with the rapid development of the passenger services in Laos,creates the conditions for the establishment of cross-border passenger service on the China-Laos Railway.In order to meet the requirements of cross-border ticketing service,the paper analyzes the specific needs of passenger service of China-Laos Railway in terms of ticketing organization,ticketing system,ticket trading,ticket inspection and financial revenue clearing,etc.,and puts forward an innovative adaptation scheme for China's railway passenger ticketing system to adapt to the cross-border business between China and Laos.The scheme is based on the existing ticketing system in China,oriented by the future development objectives of the railway passenger ticketing system,and aimed at adapting to the China-Laos cross-border business in international operation plan formulation,dedicated ticket window,customs clearance mode of"two checks in two countries"and international settlement.Key issues such as multilingual adaptation,mixed ticket management of domestic and cross-border tickets,ticketing system management and mutual ticket inspections are studied and solved,optimizing the overall design of cross-border ticketing and transaction management,providing support for the operation of China-Laos international passenger trains"Fuxing"and"Lane Xang",helping the expansion of China's railway cross-border business,and improving the international service capability of China's railway passenger ticketing system.
