雄安地下高铁站一体化建设管理平台架构研究

雄忻高铁雄安新区地下段土建工程及相关配套工程是雄安新区首个超大型系统性工程,雄安地下高铁站综合交通枢纽是地下段的关键性节点工程,具有行业领域多、技术体系复杂、项目管理难度大等特点.为解决多行业管理标准融合、交叉施工组织协调、地下空间安全风险管控等一体化建设管理难题,以BIM、GIS、IoT等技术为核心,分析多行业协同作业和管理模式,开展一体化建设管理平台总体架构、数据架构、技术架构和功能架构研究,设计基础数据服务、工程项目管理、BIM模型发布、统筹调度指挥等核心功能,实现多行业工程一体化建设管理,提升项目数字化管理水平,并为类似工程建设管理提供参考.
Research on Integrated Construction Management Platform Architecture of Xiongan Underground HSR Station
The civil works and related supporting projects of the underground section of Xiongan-Xinzhou HSR in Xiongan New Area belong to the first super-large systematic project in Xiongan New Area.The integrated transportation hub of Xiongan underground HSR station is the key node project of the underground section,which has the characteristics of multiple industries,complex technical system and difficult project management.To solve the integrated construction management problems such as integration of multi-industry management standards,cross-construction organization and coordination,and underground space safety risk control,with BIM,GIS,IoT and other technologies as the core,this paper analyzes the multi-industry collaborative operation and management mode,carries out study on the overall architecture,data architecture,technical architecture and functional architecture of the integrated construction management platform,and designs core functions such as basic data service,engineering project management,BIM model release and overall dispatching command,so as to realize multi-industry engineering integrated construction management,improve the digital management level,and provide a reference for similar project construction management.
