Research Status and Engineering Practice of Intelligent Building of Long and Large HSR Shield Tunnels in the Yangtze River Delta
By the end of 2023,there were 18,573 railway tunnels put into operation in China, with a total length of 23,508 km.China has become a country with the largest scale and quantity of tunnels and underground works, the most complex geological conditions and structural forms, and the fastest development rate of construction technology in the world. With the rapid development of HSR construction in the Yangtze River Delta, shield tunnel works with extra large diameter,ultra-long distance, extra large burial depth, ultra strong water pressure and ultra-high risk have emerged, which put forward higher requirements for the survey and design, equipment manufacturing, construction technology and safety control of shield tunnels.According to the requirsements of Digital Railway Plan and Intelligent Railway Technology Architecture 2.0 of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,the implementation and application of railway intelligent building 2.0 in long and complex railway shield tunnels is being actively explored and promoted in the Yangtze River Delta. In view of the fact that the intelligent building theory and technical system for long and large complex railway shield tunnels in China are not mature yet, this paper introduces the long and large HSR shield tunnels under construction in the Yangtze River Delta, sorts out and analyzes the current situation of research and application of artificial intelligence technology in shield tunnel construction.Based on the digital twin technology, this paper puts forward the overall architecture for intelligent building of long and large HSR shield tunnels, summarizes the research and practice of key technologies for intelligent building such as deep foundation pit, segment production and transportation, and shield tunnel construction to provide references for subsequent intelligent building of railway shield tunnels.
