Development of 400 km/h High Speed Comprehensive Inspection Train
High speed comprehensive inspection train is a high-end core technical equipment to ensure the safe operation of high speed railway.The inspection train takes"Fuxing"intelligent EMU as the carrying platform and integrates new-generation inspection systems such as track geometry,vehicle dynamic response,OCS,communication & signaling,and line environment.In the development of new-generation high speed comprehensive inspection train,this paper develops a centralized inspection control and data service platform to realize automatic inspection management and automatic data collection;designs a synchronous architecture of inspection system based on spatio-temporal binary benchmark to realize multi-source fusion accurate positioning of defects and dynamic accurate correlation analysis of multi-disciplinary inspection data;carries out integrated design of the inspection system and EMU carrying platform to improve the reliability of train inspection under higher operation speed conditions.It has been verified by tests that the new-generation high speed comprehensive inspection train can meet the inspection requirements of high speed railway infrastructure under the conditions of up to 450 km/h constant speed and equal working conditions.
