摘要

我国铁路供电调度已建成世界上规模最大的供电调度系统,为解决铁路供电调度管理的痛点、难点,保证电气化铁路安全、高效运行,利用数智化技术研发铁路供电调度智能化管理系统(PDMS),开展铁路供电调度管理的数智化技术应用研究.以中国国家铁路集团有限公司所属铁路局集团公司已建成投运的PDMS系统为例,阐述系统总体架构、技术架构、应用架构、逻辑架构、数字架构和网络架构,并结合应用场景,全面分析系统应用的数字化、智能化等关键核心技术,并总结PDMS应用场景、取得效果与应用价值,为深化铁路供电调度系统"产业数字化升级,企业数字化转型"以及"实现铁路现代化"奠定坚实基础.

Abstract

China has established the world's largest railway power supply dispatching system.To address the challenges and difficulties in railway power supply management and to guarantee the safe and effiicient operation of electrified railways,an intelligent railway power supply dispatching management system(PDMS)has been developed by leveraging intelligent digital technology,and studies on the application of such technology on railway power supply dispatching management are carried out accordingly.This study takes the PDMS system implemented by CR regional groups under China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.as an example to expound the overall architecture,technical architecture,application architecture,logical architecture,digital architecture,and network architecture of the system,comprehensively analyzes the core technologies such as digitization and intelligence applied to the system based on application scenarios,summarizes the application scenarios,effects,and application values of PDMS,thus laying a solid foundation for further digital transformation of railway power supply dispatching system and the realization of"railway modernization".
