Research on and Application of Data Asset Management Maturity Evaluation Model for Intelligent HSR 2.0
Scientifically evaluating the maturity of data asset management and maximizing the full value of data elements has become an important demand in the current intelligent HSR field.This paper analyzes the composition,management architecture and management maturity evaluation requirements of data assets under the intelligent HSR 2.0 system and constructs a data asset management maturity evaluation indicator system including 36 capability items in 8 fields.On this basis,this paper proposes a maturity evaluation model of intelligent HSR 2.0 data asset management integrating triangular fuzzy number-TOPSIS method.In this model,the best and worst method(BWM)is used to assign and optimize the indicator weights,a weight matrix based on triangular fuzzy number is constructed,and the optimal score is selected by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method to determine the final maturity level.In the experimental stage,a typical HSR company is selected for evaluation application to verify the feasibility of the model.
