适用于准-窄轨铁路的12号菱形交叉道岔设计

基于现有技术理论与标准,并依托尼日利亚拉伊铁路项目需求,开展适用于准-窄轨铁路的12号菱形交叉道岔设计.其中准轨线路采用中国标准,轨型为60 kg/m钢轨,窄轨线路采用英国标准,轨型为80R钢轨,两线路交叉角度为4°45′49″.介绍12号菱形交叉道岔设计参数的选取和技术特点,并对道岔活动心轨钝角辙叉、锐角辙叉及护轨、扣件系统、钢轨接头等进行重点分析.考虑到60 kg/m钢轨连接80R钢轨,首次采用60 kg/m-50 kg/m异型钢轨和异型夹板组合型式,并利用有限元方法对夹板进行分析验证.通过仿真分析可知,在垂向载荷作用下,钢轨挠度大于夹板挠度,同时夹板在多种静载荷工况作用下的强度与挠度均能满足设计要求.
Design of No.12 Diamond Crossing Turnout Suitable for Standard-gauge and Narrow-gauge Railways
Based on existing technical theories and standards,and as per the requirements of Lagos-Ibadan Railway Project in Nigeria,this paper carries out the design of No.12 diamond crossing turnout suitable for standard-gauge and narrow-gauge railways.The standard-gauge line adopts Chinese standards with a rail type of 60 kg/m rail,while the narrow-gauge line adopts British standards with a rail type of 80R rail.The crossing angle between the two lines is 4°45′49″.This paper introduces the selection of design parameters for No.12 diamond crossing turnout and its technical characteristics,and analyzes the movable-point obtuse frog,acute frog,guard rail,fastening system and rail joint of the turnout.Considering the connection between 60 kg/m rail and 80R rail,this paper adopts the combination of 60 kg/m-50 kg/m compromise rail and compromise joint bar for the first time.It also verifies the joint bar by finite element method.According to the simulation analysis,the deflection of the rail is greater than that of the joint bar under vertical load,and the strength and deflection of the joint bar under various static load conditions can meet the design requirements.
