摘要

VRH(Vacuum Replace Hardening)工艺是普通砂型铸造与真空处理结合的生产技术,在产品质量、生产成本及环保性等多方面均有较明显优势.研究采用VRH组合造型技术生产超长高锰钢铁路辙叉的铸造工艺,使既有设备的生产能力得到较大拓展.组合造型技术的关键在于对有关工艺装备的特殊结构设计,使之满足砂型准确定位与接合的要求,从而获得质量合格的铸件.根据EN标准的质量要求对辙叉的铸造工艺进行针对性设计,并应用数值模拟技术对工艺进行优化.产品检查结果表明,生产工艺设计较合理,产品质量达到了EN 15689标准要求,该工艺技术具有较高的推广应用价值.

Abstract

VRH(Vacuum Replace Hardening)process is a production technology combining traditional sand casting with vacuum treatment,which has obvious advantages in product quality,production cost and environmental protection.This paper studies the casting process of railway super-long high manganese steel frog produced by VRH combined molding technology,which greatly expands the production capacity of existing equipment.The key of combined molding technology is to design the special structure of relevant process equipment so that it can meet the requirements of accurate positioning and jointing of sand molds,thus obtaining qualified castings.The casting process of frog is specifically designed according to the quality requirements of EN standard,and the numerical simulation technology is applied to optimize the process.The product inspection results indicate that the production process design is reasonable,and the product quality meets the requirements of EN 15689 standard.This process technology has good value for widespread application.
