Section Digital Tamping Technology and Effect Analysis of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway
The Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway has a complex environment,which imposes higher demands on the track geometry and urgently requires high-quality track maintenance and repair work.This paper focuses on the fine tamping of ballasted tracks in Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway as a background for studying rapid measurements,digital tamping operations,and effect evaluation in a complex environment and proposes a track regularity control method suitable for heavy-haul railways,analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of track regularity before and after the tamping operations,and quantitatively evaluates the effectiveness of fine tamping operations by large track maintenance machinery.The results show that the GNSS+inertial navigation combined measurement method is suitable for fast and precise track measurement in different line environments of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway.By reconstructing the longitudinal and vertical alignment of the tamping section and controlling track regularity using the combined chord method,the quality of track maintenance has significantly improved.The overall reduction in static TQI reached 32.62%,while the overall reduction in dynamic TQI reached 17.30%.The peak values of alignment and longitudinal level over 10 m and 70 m chord lengths have significantly decreased.The digital precise measurement and tamping operation method has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in controlling the longitudinal level and alignment,resulting in a notable overall improvement in track regularity after the operations.
