Research on Arching Characteristics of CRTS Ⅱ Ballastless Track in North China
Affected by high temperature and equipment deterioration,the arching of high speed railway CRTS Ⅱslab ballastless track occurs continuously,which has a negative impact on the track regularity.By summarizing the actual conditions of track slab arching on 4 main high speed railways in North China,this paper analyzes the dynamic data change characteristics of comprehensive inspection trains at arching places in summer.The study results indicate that the number of dynamic change places caused by track slab arching on high speed railways in North China increased rapidly in June due to soaring temperatures,and then gradually stabilized.The number of arching defects can be controlled to a certain extent through pre-reinforcement measures such as embedding steel bars,chiseling wide and narrow joints for re-pouring,and injecting glue.The waveform of track geometry caused by track slab arching is smooth and convex,and there are two types of longitudinal level irregularity:single-wave and multi-wave.The dynamic longitudinal level peak value caused by track slab arching has a strong correlation with temperature,and the dynamic longitudinal level change is most sensitive to 35~37 ℃.By analyzing the dynamic change characteristics of track slab arching places,it is conducive to accurate monitoring of arching defects,timely guidance on taking reinforcement measures on site,and prevention of track irregularity caused by track slab arching.
