面向现代化建设的铁路基础设施检测监测体系创新研究

我国铁路现代化建设方案对基础设施检测监测工作提出了新的要求和目标.通过梳理铁路现代化内涵及工作要求,对比国内外基础设施检测发展现状,提出了我国现代化铁路基础设施检测体系设计架构.结合我国计量体系和铁路现代化建设要求,剖析了先进测量、评定校准、泛在互联、智能感知、大数据应用及评价体系等层面的关键技术,开展了第2代高速综合检测技术、普速综合检测技术和大数据应用分析等实践探索,相关成果体现了我国铁路基础设施检测更加可靠和智能,为更好地落实铁路现代化建设要求提供了借鉴.
Research on Innovation of Railway Infrastructure Inspection and Monitoring System for Modernization Construction
China's railway modernization construction plan has put forward new requirements and goals for infrastructure inspection and monitoring.By sorting out the connotation and work requirements of railway modernization,and comparing the development status of infrastructure inspection at home and abroad,this paper proposes a design architecture of infrastructure inspection system for China's railway modernization.In combination with the requirements of metrology system and railway modernization construction,this paper analyzes the key technologies in advanced measurement,evaluation calibration,ubiquitous interconnection,intelligent perception,big data application and evaluation system,and carries out practical explorations such as second-generation HSR comprehensive inspection technology,conventional railway comprehensive inspection technology and big data application analysis.The results reflect that China's railway infrastructure inspection is more reliable and intelligent,providing a reference for better implementing the requirements of railway modernization construction.
