针对当前减速顶故障人工判别法和检测小车油气压力判别法的局限性,从系统架构、功能实现、实际运用3个方面,研发设计基于物联网技术、减速顶工作反力数据采集技术、数据存储与分析技术的减速顶故障在线监测系统,重点针对总体技术方案、主要功能、关键技术进行论述.该监测系统使管理人员能在线准确判断线路上减速顶的实时状态,现场养护维修人员可以通过手持终端精准定位每台故障减速顶;具有适应全天候气象及高温、寒冷、雨雪等环境,并对运输生产干扰小等优势;能够对目标进行实时在线监测、精准定位,极大地提升了作业效率,消除了安全隐患.该系统在南翔站试用,并开展了应用测试,具有良好的推广前景.
Online Monitoring System for Dowty Retarder Fault and Its Application
In response to the limitations of current methods for diagnosing dowty retarder faults through manual inspection and assessing oil-gas pressure via inspection trolleys,this paper designs and develops an online monitoring system for dowty retarder fault based on IoT technology,dowty retarder working reaction force data collection technology,and data storage and analysis technology.This discussion focuses on three aspects:system architecture,function realization,and practical application,and highlights the overall technical scheme,main functions,and key technologies.The monitoring system enables management personnel to accurately identify the real-time status of on-site dowty retarders online and allows on-site maintenance personnel to precisely locate each faulty dowty retarder using handheld terminals.It is adaptable to all-weather meteorological conditions,including high temperatures,cold environments,and rain and snow,while maintaining minimal interference with transportation and production operations.The system facilitates real-time online monitoring and precise target positioning,significantly enhancing operational efficiency and eliminating potential safety hazards.The system has been trialed at Nanxiang Railway Station,and the application tests have shown promising results,indicating a strong potential for widespread implementation.
