Coordinated Dispatching and Commanding Mode of Metro and Urban(Suburban)Railways
A reasonable and effective integrated transportation system is an indispensable prerequisite and guarantee for the formation and sustainable development of urban agglomerations. In China, the rapid development of subways and urban(suburban)railways in some cities is gradually leading to the establishment of a network operation of urban rail transit systems.Based on the analysis of the functional positioning and technical characteristics of urban(suburban)railways, this paper investigates the passenger flow characteristics and transportation organization models of urban(suburban)railway lines and analyzes the necessity of coordinated dispatching and command between metros and urban(suburban)railways.Additionally,it proposes the fundamental principles for establishing a coordinated dispatching and command center for metros and urban(suburban)railways,the"1-2-N"framework system plan, and the coordinated emergency response process based on the"1-2-N"framework.
