铁路线路通过总重是开展线路周期修的标志性指标.阐述铁路线路通过总重的概念和作用,对现有计算方法进行分析,总结现有计算方法精度较低、数据源不完善、覆盖面不足等缺陷.为改进现有计算方法,通过挖掘列车调度指挥系统、调度集中系统、铁路客车统计系统、铁路货运列车编组统计信息系统、工务设备管理系统中的相关数据,提出线路通过总重新计算方法,以列车股道占用和列车质量信息为数据源,计算车站股道通过总重,并推算区间和道岔通过总重.选取京广线窦店—徐水段等线路进行试算,验证新计算方法的可行性.新计算方法克服了现有计算方法存在的缺陷,为工务设备的精细化管理提供更有力支撑.为实现新计算方法的推广应用,对其进一步发展提出了相关建议.
Calculation Method for Gross Traffic Tonnage of Railway Line
The gross traffic tonnage of railway line is a landmark indicator for carrying out periodic maintenance of the line.This paper elaborates on the concept and function of the gross traffic tonnage of railway line,analyzes the existing calculation methods,and summarizes the shortcomings of these methods,including low accuracy,incomplete data sources,and insufficient coverage.In order to improve the calculation methods,by exploring the relevant data in train dispatching command system,centralized traffic control system,railway passenger car statistics system,railway freight train marshalling statistics information system and track engineering equipment management system,this paper proposes a new calculation method that takes the train track occupation and train weight information as the data source to calculate the gross traffic tonnage of station tracks and infer the gross traffic tonnage of sections and turnouts.The feasibility of the new calculation method is verified by trial calculation on Doudian-Xushui Section of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway.The new calculation method overcomes the shortcomings of the old calculation methods and provides stronger support for the refined management of track engineering equipment.In order to realize wider application of the new calculation method,relevant suggestions for its further development have been proposed.
