Scientific Research Test on Tunnel Aerodynamic Effects for the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway Speed Upgrade
In order to evaluate the tunnel aerodynamic influence of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway speed upgrade,China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.has organized a scientific research test on tunnel aerodynamic effects for the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway speed upgrade.This paper elaborates on the design schemes and test results from 4 aspects:tunnel aerodynamic effect test,interior air pressure comfort test,carbody and equipment compartment aerodynamic load test,and interior noise test.Here are the test results.When the train operated at a speed not exceeding 300 km/h in the tunnels of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway,the change in interior air pressure,the aerodynamic load of carbody and equipment compartment,and the aerodynamic pressure of ancillary facilities in the tunnels of CR400AF,CRH380A,and CRH2A met the standard requirements.However,the maximum change in interior air pressure for CRH1A exceeded the standard.Through a comprehensive investigation along the whole line,a total of 6 tunnels had been identified to have sonic boom issues.It is suggested to formulate relevant measures according to the tunnel distribution and operation requirements of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway.Through this test,the aerodynamic effect data and laws of EMUs operating at 300 km/h in a 92 m2 cross-section tunnel have been comprehensively obtained for the first time,providing important support for the speed-up operation at 300 km/h of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway.
