泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效

摘要
目的 观察泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有抑郁和/或焦虑的非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)的疗效.方法 54例伴有抑郁和/或焦虑的NERD患者单盲随机分为3组:泮托拉唑组、氟哌噻吨芙利曲辛组和联合治疗组,每组18例,连续治疗6周,观察3组患者临床症状积分变化.结果 泮托拉唑组反酸缓解明显优于氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组(P＜0.01),2组胃烧灼感和胸痛的缓解无统计学意义(P＞0.05);联合治疗组能够明显缓解患者胃烧灼感、胸痛和反酸症状(P＜0.01).结论 泮托拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对伴有抑郁和/或焦虑的NERD有较好疗效.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of flupentixol combined with pantoprazole in patients with non-erosive gastroesophgeal reflux disease companied by depression and/or anxiety.Methods Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into three groups(pantoprazole group,flupentixol group and combination group).Each patient was treated for six weeks continnously.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by the symptom scores.Results There were certain effects of pantoprazole or flupentixol alone treatment on the improvement of symptoms of NERD.Pantoprazol is a better for relieving acid reflux than flupentixol(P＜0.01),but no difference for relieving heartburn and substernal pain after treatment(P＞0.05);Combined treatment is a better for relieving the symptoms of NERD than pantoprazole or flupentixol treatment alone(P＜0.01).Conclusion Small-dose flupentixol combined with panto prazole show better effect on patients with NERD companied by depression and/or anxiety.
