摘要
Lemmel综合征又称十二指肠乳头旁憩室综合征,是一种十二指肠憩室合并胆胰系统的疾病,临床上比较罕见,近几年发病率逐渐升高,但临床表现比较隐匿,且极易误诊为胆胰壶腹部占位性病变、胆囊炎、胰腺炎等疾病,目前该病在早期临床症状较轻时主要以内科保守治疗为主,但当内科保守治疗不佳或病情严重时,多采用内镜和手术治疗.因此早发现并正确诊断对患者的治疗和预后具有很大的临床意义.
Abstract
Lemmel syndrome,known as duodenal papillary diverticulitis syndrome,is a disease of duodenal diverticulum complicated by biliary and pancreatic lesions,which is rare in clinical practice.The incidence of Lemmel syndrome increases in recent years.Due to its untypical clinical manifestations,Lemmel syndrome is easily misdiagnosed of duodenal ampulla occupying lesion,cholecystitis and pancreatitis.Conservative medical therapy is the primary treatment for mild Lemmel syndrome;endoscopic and surgical operation should be performed when medical treatment shows no significant effect.Early diagnosis and treatment are important for the prognosis of Lemmel syndrome.
