Exploration and Practice of Foreign Language General Education Courses from the Perspective of Ideological-Political Education
Based on the essential attributes of foreign language general education and ideological and political education,this study takes the general education course entitled American History and Culture as an example to explore the way of integrating ideological and political elements into foreign language general courses by formulating systematic teaching objectives with ideological and political elements as well as optimizing the teaching mode.Presenting the feasibility of organically integrating ideological and political elements into foreign language education practice by various means,this study aims to shed light on further promotion of foreign language ideological and political education and to offer some insights for achieving the effective combination of knowledge imparting and value shaping in higher education foreign language courses.
