新时代背景下的国际组织人才培养研究

本文从新时代现实需求出发,梳理我国国际组织人才的培养现状,分析所面临的困难和挑战,提出有针对性的对策与建议.研究发现,加快国际组织人才培养是当前的战略急需,虽然前期努力已取得显著成效,但在协同机制、培养模式、课程建设、师资队伍、教材编写等方面仍存在不足,需要采取上下联动、分层分类、通专结合、专兼互补、面向未来等措施提高人才培养效果,服务强国建设.
Talents Cultivation for International Organizations in the New Era
Starting from the realistic needs in the context of the new era,this paper tries to investigate the status quo of international organization talents cultivation in China,analyze the confronting problems and challenges,and put forward some tackling measures and suggestions.It is pointed out that promoteing international organization talents cultivation is the nation's strategic need.Despite the obvious effect of previous efforts,limitations are still found in the aspects of coordinating mechanism,cultivation mode,curriculum building,teaching staff,and teaching material compilation.Accordingly,it is necessary to take counter-measures like top-and-down cooperation,classification with stratification,general-and-specific combination,full-time and part-time complementation,and facing-to-the-future strategy so as to enhance cultivation quality and serve the building of a strong nation.
