产学研体系下医疗机构中药新药转化应用的几点思考

摘要
目的:为医疗机构中药新药的转化应用提供建议.方法:对产学研体系下中药新药的研发与成果转化的有关文献进行研究,并结合自身工作实践,剖析目前医疗机构中药新药转化应用的难点.结果 与结论:经过检索可知,有关中药新药产学研发展的论文很少.对相关文献进行分析总结,提出医疗机构中药新药转化应用的难点为中药新药开发欠缺附加值高的品种、中药新药转化体系不完善、中药新药的转化应用缺少经费支持、科技成果应用转化服务机构参差不齐等方面.应继承和发扬中医药理论与优势,从创新开发中药制剂"拳头"产品、加强政企研合作等方面入手,才能加快医疗机构中药新药的创新发展.
Abstract
Objective:To provide recommendations for transformation and application of new Chinese medicine drug in medical institutions.Methods:The related literatures of development of new Chinese medicine drug and achievements transformation under the production-study-research system were researched,combined with my own work practice,the current difficulties in the transformation and application of new Chinese medicine drug in medical institutions were analyzed.Results and Conclusion:As resultes,there were few articles on the development of production-study-research of new Chinese medicine drug.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant literature,it was pointed out that the difficulties in the transformation and application of new Chinese medicine drug in medical institutions were the lack of varieties with high added value,imperfect transformation system of new Chinese medicine drug,the lack of financial support for the transformation and application of new Chinese medicine drug,and uneven service institutions for the application and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.We should inherit and carry forward the theory and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,innovate and develop the"fist"products of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and strengthen the cooperation of between government and enterprise research,so as to accelerate the innovation and development of new traditional Chinese medicine drugs in medical institutions.
