以中医症状评分为指标应用TreeAge Pro对金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的药物经济性评价

摘要
目的:探索以中医症状评分为指标应用TreeAge Pro对金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的经济性评价.方法:以治疗前后咽痛单症状计分差值和咽喉疼痛症状总计分差值2个指标评价2组治疗方案的经济性.结果:对于"治疗5天后咽痛单症状计分差值",计算达到临床意义界值需多花费92.82元,约为2021年人均可支配收入的0.26％;对于"治疗5天后咽喉疼痛症状总计分差值",计算达到临床意义界值需多花费100.94元,约为2021年人均可支配收入的0.29％.结论:基于2021年人均可支配收入作为患者支付意愿阈值的假设,急性上呼吸道感染患者使用金叶败毒颗粒治疗方案比使用复方双花颗粒治疗方案更具有经济性.以中医症状评分为指标开展金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的经济学评价,更适用于中医药临床实际应用,为临床医生决策提供最优方案,同时为中医药经济学研究提供更符合中医药特色的新指标.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the economic evaluation of applying TreeAge Pro to the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores as index.Methods:The economic of the two treatment schemes was evaluated by the difference of single symptom scores of sore throat and the difference of total symptom scores of sore before and after treatment.Results:For the"score difference of single symptom of pharyngodynia pain after 5 days of treatment",it would cost an additional 92.82 yuan to calculate the clinical significance threshold,which was approximately 0.26％of the percapita disposable income in 2021;For the total score difference of throat pain symptoms after 5 days of treatment,it would cost an additional 100.94 yuan to calculate the clinical significance threshold,which was approximately 0.29％of the percapita disposable income in 2021.Conclusion:Based on the assumption that the percapita disposable income in 2021 serves as the threshold for patients'willingness to pay,the treatment regimen of Jinye Baidu Granules is more economical for patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections than the treatment regimen of Compound Shuanghua Granules.The economic evaluation of the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection with Jinye Baidu Granules using TCM symptom score as an indicator is more suitable for the clinical practical application of TCM,providing the optimal plan for clinical doctors to make decisions,and providing new indicators that are more in line with the characteristics of TCM for the study of TCM economics.
