摘要
药物洗脱栓塞(Drug-eluting Embolization,DEE)微球是一种用于阻断肿瘤血流和传递药物的治疗性栓塞剂,本文就其最新技术和临床应用、DEE微球设计时应考虑的重要特性、影响药物装载和分布的因素,以及使用DEE微球测定药物空间分布的技术等方面进行了综述.
Abstract
Drug-eluting Embolization(DEE)microspheres is a therapeutic embolic agent used to block tumor blood flow and deliver drugs.In this paper,the latest technology and clinical applications of DEE microspheres,the important characteristics to be considered when designing DEE microspheres,and the factors affecting drug loading and distribution,as well as techniques for measuring drug spatial distribution using DEE microspheres were reviewed.
