The Practical Problems and Path Choice of the Public Cultural Service System of Xizang to Foster a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation
Public cultural service system,a principal institutional mechanism to safeguard the basic cultural rights and interests of people,is conducive to the shaping of cultural identity and enhancement of cultural con-fidence.It functions as both an important carrier and a vital link of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.In recent years,despite the expeditious development of the public cultural service system in Xizang,there still exist some constraints limiting its role in fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese na-tion,including relatively insufficient funding,imbalanced service supply,unitary service function.In accordance with the objectives of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and with a view to resolving the current practical problems in the construction of the public cultural service system in Xizang,it is advisable to increase public cultural service investment,enhance the equal distribution of basic public cul-tural services,expand the functions of public cultural services,promote the co-construction and sharing of pub-lic cultural resources,maximize the cohesive function of public cultural space,and proactively explore the new paths for the public cultural service system of Xizang to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese na-tion in the new era.
