25-羟基维生素D3的生物学特性及其在猪禽生产中的应用

25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-D3),又称25-羟胆钙化醇和钙二醇,是维生素D3的活性形式,也是维生素D3在血液循环中的主要存在形式.目前,大量研究发现,与维生素D3相比,25-OH-D3有更高的生物学效价,尤其在动物处于应激环境、氧化损伤或肝功能受损时,在饲粮中添加25-OH-D3能够改善动物生产性能,促进骨骼发育,提高机体免疫能力以及缓解动物氧化应激等.因此,本文对25-OH-D3的代谢特性、效应机制、生物学功能以及在猪、禽生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为25-OH-D3在动物机体中的作用机制研究以及猪禽生产中的推广和应用提供理论指导和参考依据.
Biological Characteristics of 25-Hydroxy vita min D3 and Its Application in the Production of Pig and Poultry
25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-OH-D3),also known as 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and calcium glycol,was the active form of vita-min D3 and the main form of vitamin D3 exists in blood circulation.At present,numerous studies have found that 25-OH-D3 has a higher biological potency compared to vitamin D3,especially when animals were in a challenging environment,oxidative damage or liver func-tion impairment,the supplementation of 25-OH-D3 in diet could improve animal performance,promote bone development,enhance the body's immune function and alleviate oxidative stress,etc.Therefore,this review elucidated the metabolic characteristics,mechanism of action and biological functions of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,including the regulation of calcium and phosphorus balance,participation in cell proliferation and differentiation,as well as the role on the immune function and antioxidant capacity;and explored the current application of 25-OH-D3 in the production of pig and poultry,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and reference for the further study of its mechanism of action in animal and its promotion and application in the pig and poultry's production.
