Common Commercial Pig Sperm Counting Plate Use Effect and Test Analysis
Sperm counting plate was indispensable in the process of routine semen quality detection.It could be used with common se-men detection systems such as Minitube AndroVision to detect semen indicators quickly and easily.However,there were many brands of sperm counting boards on the market at present,and there was a big gap in the quality of different brands,which was manifested in the influence on semen quality related indicators such as sperm motility,exercise speed and exercise ability.This study mainly com-pared the detection effect of 8 common sperm counting plates on the same semen sample and the changed of semen quality of each brand 10 minutes after adding samples.The results showed that the sperm counting plate of brand A had the best effect,and the sperm motility measured by it could reach 85.89％.The sperm counting plate of brand D had the worst effect,and the sperm motility measured by it was only 51.63％,which was significantly lower than the results measured by other brands.In summary,there were differences in the quality of different brands of sperm counting plates,and the test results were also different.
