蕨麻猪产仔性状全基因组关联分析

本研究旨在挖掘影响蕨麻猪总产仔数(Total number born,TNB)和产活仔数(Number born alive,NBA)的候选基因,为蕨麻猪高繁殖力基因组选育提供参考数据。采集140头蕨麻猪耳组织样品,提取DNA,利用50K液相芯片进行SNPs检测。分别采用广义线性模型和混合线性模型对140头蕨麻猪个体的SNPs与TNB和NBA进行全基因组关联分析(Genome-wide association studies,GWAS),筛选影响该群体繁殖性状的候选基因。结果显示:针对TNB和NBA等2个性状,广义线性模型分别检测到14个和1个显著的SNPs位点。混合线性模型检测到TNB有2个显著的SNPs位点;未检测到显著影响NBA的SNP。筛选ZCCHC24、ENSSSCG00000046125和TENM1作为影响TNB的重要候选基因,ZCCHC24作为影响NBA的重要候选基因。
Genome-Wide Association Studies of Litter Traits in Juema Pigs
The aim of this study was to explore the candidate genes that affect the total number born(TNB)and number born alive(NBA)of Juema pigs,so as to provide reference data for high fecundity genome selection breeding of Juema pigs.Ear tissue samples of 140 Juema pigs were collected,DNA was extracted,and SNPs was detected by 50K liquid chip.Genome-wide association studies(GWAS)were performed on SNPs,TNB and NBA of the 140 Juema pigs using generalized linear model and mixed linear model,respectively.The candidate genes affecting reproductive traits of this population were screened.The results showed that the generalized linear model detected 14 and 1 significant SNPs for TNB and NBA,respectively.The mixed linear model detected two SNPs in TNB.No SNP signifi-cantly affecting NBA was detected.ZCCHC24,ENSSSCG00000046125 and TENM1 were selected as important candidate genes af-fecting TNB,and ZCCHC24 was selected as important candidate genes affecting NBA.
