摘要
为深入了解和系统总结猪饲料营养价值评价技术,本文对饲料中的蛋白质、能量、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素、矿物元素等的营养价值评价技术及营养素间互作关系进行综述,并为未来饲料营养价值评价方法提出建议,以期为猪饲料营养素的高效利用、日粮的科学配制及精准营养体系的构建提供参考.
Abstract
For deeply familiarizing and systematically summarizing the research progress of swine feed nutritional value evaluating tech-nology,this article reviewed the nutritional evaluating technologies of dietary protein,energy,carbohydrate,fat,vitamins,minerals and the research methods of nutrient interactions,and provided some suggestions for further development of feed nutritional evaluating methods,so as to provide the reference for the efficient utilization of swine feed nutrients,scientific formulation of diet and construction of precision nutrition system.
