玉米豆粕减量替代营养调控在养猪上的研究进展

能量饲料原料和蛋白饲料原料在典型的猪鸡饲料配方结构中占比分别约为70%和25%,其主要来源于粮食作物.我国养殖业的饲料配方主要结构以玉米、豆粕为主,每年玉米、豆粕消耗量巨大,但国内玉米长期处于紧平衡状态、大豆高度依赖进口的局面难以缓解.随着国际环境的恶化,蛋白质原料的价格大幅上涨,导致饲料生产成本增加.为促进畜牧业发展,保障我国饲料供给及质量安全,农业农村部制定了《饲料中玉米豆粕减量替代方案》,通过"提效、开源、调结构"等措施,充分挖掘利用本土饲料原料资源,推进玉米豆粕减量替代技术,减少玉米、豆粕的进口依赖.本文主要对玉米、豆粕可替代原料的营养特点及其在猪饲料中的应用情况进行综述,为生猪养殖中玉米豆粕减量替代营养调控提供理论依据.
Research Progress on Reducing and Replacing Nutritional Regulation with Corn and Soybean Meal in Pigs Feed
The proportion of energy feed raw materials and protein feed raw materials in typical pig and chicken feed formulations was about 70%and 25%,respectively,mainly derived from grain crops.The feed formula of China's animal husbandry industry mainly con-sists of corn and soybean meal,with a huge annual consumption of corn and soybean meal.However,the domestic corn had been in a tight balance for a long time,and the situation of high dependence on imports for soybeans was difficult to alleviate.With the deteriora-tion of the international environment,the price of protein raw materials had significantly increased,leading to an increase in feed pro-duction costs.In order to promote the development of animal husbandry,ensure the supply and quality safety of feed in China,the Min-istry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs had formulated the"Reduction and Replacement Plan for Corn and Soybean Meal in Feed".Through measures such as"efficiency improvement,open source,and structural adjustment",local feed raw material resources were fully ex-plored and utilized,and corn and soybean meal reduction and replacement technologies were promoted to reduce the import depen-dence of corn and soybean meal.This article mainly reviewed the nutritional characteristics of corn and soybean meal as alternative raw materials and their application in pig feed,provided a theoretical basis for reducing and replacing nutritional regulation of corn and soy-bean meal in pig breeding.
