Livestock intelligent grouping equipment was an important tool for realizing accurate individual monitoring of livestock and effi-cient group management.Firstly,this paper introduced the methods of livestock grouping such as pigs and individual parameter mea-surementtechniques,focusing on the key technologies and methods of individual identification,dynamic weighing,physical signs moni-toring and physiological parameters monitoring.Secondly,the characteristics and application scenarios of typical livestock intelligent herding equipment at home and abroad were summarized.Finally,the problems of the existing grouping equipment were discussed,and the future development trend of intelligent grouping equipment for swine was envisioned.The purpose of this paper was to provide reference for intelligent and efficient herd separation management in animal husbandry.
