摘要

本研究旨在比较2020-2022年河北省种猪常温精液质量品质的差异,为猪场保存、稀释种猪常温精液等方面提供建议.测定中心于2020-2022年对河北省种公猪站进行常温精液质量抽检,采集了 2020-2022年度河北省良补项目种公猪站的公猪常温精液,共计577份样品,对种猪常温精液样品活力、前向运动精子数和精子畸形率进行了检测.结果发现,2022年杜洛克猪、长白猪和大约克夏猪的精子活力分别显著高于2020年和2021年(P<0.05),2021年显著高于2020年(P<0.05);2021年杜洛克猪前向运动精子数显著高于2020年和2022年(P<0.05),但2020年与2022年前向运动精子数无显著差异(P>0.05).2020年和2021年长白猪的前向运动精子数显著高于2022年(P<0.05),2020年与2021年两者无明显差异(P>0.05).2021年大约克夏猪前向运动精子数显著高于2020年和2022年(P<0.05),2020年与2022年相比无显著差异(P>0.05);2022年杜洛克、长白和大约克夏畸形率分别显著高于2020年和2021年(P<0.05),2021年显著高于2020年(P<0.05).2022年种猪常温精液活力和畸形率优于2020年和2021年,前向运动精子数较前两年有所降低,但精液质量和使用效率有所提高,使成本有一定的降低.目前,河北一些种公猪站经过了转型升级,在人员技能培训、智能化饲养管理、精准定量灌装设备等方面进行了改进,使种猪常温精液质量有所提高,但还有一些种公猪站存在精液稀释不均、人员欠缺专业知识、智能化饲养管理不足等问题.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to compare the difference of normal temperature semen quality of breeding pigs in Hebei Province from 2020 to 2022,and to provide suggestion for storage and dilution of normal temperature semen of breeding pigs in pig farms.From 2020 to 2022,the testing center conducted boar liquid semen quality sampling at the breeding boars station in Hebei Province,collected 577 samples of boar liquid semen at the breeding boars station in Hebei Province from 2020 to 2022,and tested the vitality of the boar semen samples,the number of forward motility sperm and sperm deformity indicators of the breeding pigs.The sperm motility of Duroc,Landrace and Yorkshire in 2022 was significantly higher than that in 2020 and 2021(P<0.05),and that in 2021 was significantly higher than that in 2020(P<0.05).The number of forward motile sperm in 2021 was significantly higher than that in 2020 and 2022(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 2020 and 2022(P>0.05).The number of forward motile sperm in 2020 and 2021 was significantly higher than that in 2022(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 2020 and 2021(P>0.05).The number of forward motile sperm in 2021 was significantly higher than that in 2020 and 2022(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 2020 and 2022(P>0.05).The rates of Duroc,Landrace and approximately Yorkshire malformations in 2022 were significantly higher than those in 2020 and 2021,respectively,and those in 2021 were significantly higher than those in 2020(P<0.05).The room temperature semen vitality and malformation rate of breeding pigs in 2022 were better than those in 2020 and 2021,and the number of forward motility sperm was lower than that in the previous two years,improving semen quality,use efficiency and reducing costs.In Hebei,the transformation and upgrading of some boar stations in terms of personnel skills,intelligent feeding management,and precise quantitative filling equipment have improved the semen quality of breeding pigs at room temperature,and some boar sta-tions have uneven semen dilution,lack of personnel knowledge,and poor intelligent feeding management.
