Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasound signs and the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2),Ki67 antigen and other molecular biological indicators in elderly non-specific invasive breast cancer(IBC-NST).Methods The MRI findings(mass size, shape, margin, microcalcification, blood flow distribution)and molecular biological indicators of 82 patients with pathologically confirmed IBC-NST from May 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for analysis. The counting data were represented by[n(%)]and tested.Measurement data were expressed as((x)±s)and t test was adopted.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results The tumor size was correlated with the positive expression of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67,the burr sign of tumor margin was correlated with the positive expression of ER and PR,and the microcalcification in tumor was correlated with the positive expression of HER-2 and Ki-67(P<0.05).Tumor morphology, posterior echo and blood flow distribution were not significantly correlated with the expression of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67(P>0.05).Conclusion IBC-NST ultrasound signs are obviously correlated with molecular biological indicators.By analyzing the ultrasonic characteristics of IBC-NST,the biological behavior of tumor can be evaluated, and it has certain reference value for guiding clinical treatment and judging prognosis.
