Objective To investigate the risk factors of wound healing difficulties after surgical treatment of adenogenic anal fistula.Methods Data of 114 patients with adenogenic anal fistula admitted from January 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent surgical treatment.According to postoperative wound healing,the patients were divided into good healing group(n=93)and difficult healing group(n=21).SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Measurement data were represented by((x)±s)and independent sample t test was used.Counting data were presented as[n(％)]and x2 test was adopted.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of wound healing difficulties after surgical treatment of adenogenic anal fistula.P＜0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results All patients were followed up for 4 weeks,21 cases(18.4％)had difficulty in wound healing and 93 cases(81.6％)had good wound healing.Age＞60 years old,history of diabetes,constipation,bacterial infection of postoperative wound,antibiotic use＞2 kinds,and poor drainage of wound were all risk factors affecting wound healing after surgery for adenogenic anal fistula(P＜0.05).Conclusion The risk of wound healing difficulties after surgical treatment of adenogenic anal fistula is greater,and there are many risk factors.Clinical intervention measures should be taken according to the risk factors to improve the prognosis.
