摘要
胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，对于老年进展期胃癌，临床上多采用根治性手术治疗，部分患者术后发生腹膜转移，导致顽固性癌性腹水、肠梗阻和全身衰弱等。老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移的发病因素较多，包括肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移等，此外，术前化疗、术中淋巴结清扫情况及术后化疗已被证实是老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移的相关因素。精准、有效的治疗方案能够提高老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移患者生存率及生活质量。本研究综述了国内外有关老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移的相关因素，并总结了老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移的治疗进展，为老年进展期胃癌术后腹膜转移治疗提供参考。
Abstract
Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract. For advanced gastric cancer in the elderly, radical surgery is often used in clinical treatment. Some patients have peritoneal metastasis after surgery, leading to refractory cancerous ascites, intestinal obstruction and general weakness. There are many pathogenic factors for postoperative peritoneal metastasis in elderly advanced gastric cancer, including tumor diameter, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, etc. In addition, preoperative chemotherapy, intraoperative lymph node dissection and postoperative chemotherapy have been confirmed to be related factors for postoperative peritoneal metastasis in elderly advanced gastric cancer. Accurate and effective treatment can improve the survival rate and quality of life of elderly patients with postoperative peritoneal metastasis of advanced gastric cancer. This study reviewed the domestic and international factors related to postoperative peritoneal metastasis in elderly advanced gastric cancer, and summarized the progress in the treatment of postoperative peritoneal metastasis in elderly advanced gastric cancer, so as to provide reference for the treatment of postoperative peritoneal metastasis in elderly advanced gastric cancer.
