摘要
本指南旨在指导器官移植医生在肾脏移植术后患者出现移植肾破裂时进行快速的诊断并制定合理的治疗方案.指南对移植肾破裂的分类、病因、严重程度分级、诊断方法、治疗方案、风险因素、肾脏移植受者术后的优化管理、移植肾破裂的预后和随访等关键临床问题提出了具体指导意见,强调了个体化诊疗原则,以指导对于移植肾破裂的防控.本指南是国内首部针对移植肾破裂的临床指南.
Abstract
This guideline intended to provide organ transplant physicians with specific guidance on a rapid diagnosis and reasonable treatment planning for patients with transplanted kidney rupture after kidney transplantation(KT).It offered detailed instructions on such key clinical issues as classification,etiology,severity grading,diagnostic modalities,treatment options,risk factors,optimized postoperative managements for KT recipients,outcomes and follow-ups of transplanted kidney rupture.It emphasized the basic principles of individualized managements for guiding the prevention and control of transplanted kidney rupture.This is the first clinical guideline for kidney allograft rupture in China.
