目的 评价结肠灌洗联合生物电反馈治疗在改善结肠造口患者生活质量中的作用.方法 2010年2月至2012年2月河北省涿州市医院共实施直肠癌Miles术86例,将86例Miles术后永久乙状结肠造口患者随机分成二组,每组43例,观察组术后行结肠灌洗联合生物电反馈治疗,对照组术后未特殊治疗.结果术后1年观察组共38例患者完成治疗,在排便规律性、造口测压及并发症的对比中,二组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 结肠灌洗联合生物电反馈治疗能明显提高造口患者的排便规律性,改善排便功能,进而减少造口并发症,提高造口患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective Colonic lavage combined biological feedback therapy was used to improve the quality of life in patients after colon function. Methods From February 2010 to February 2012, the implementation of miles in 86 cases of rectal cancer was applied. A total of 86 miles patients after permanent colostomy were randomized to divide into 2 groups and each group had 43 cases, The experimental group underwent colonic lavage combined biological feedback therapy for 1 year, After the control group, no special treatment was applied. Results Thirty patients completed the therapy after operation for one year. When the defecation regularity of pressure and complications of colostomy were compared, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions The colonic lavage combined biological feedback therapy can obviously improve the defecation regularity of colostomy patients, and bowel function in order to reduce the complications and improve the Quality of life in those patients with colostomy.
