摘要
腹股沟疝在内蒙古地区发病率较高。本文以苏尼特右旗人民医院为基本单元，以2023年2月1日至12月31日的日间腹股沟疝手术患者为基础，分析日间手术在基层医院的开展情况及存在的不足，以加速康复外科理念的实施，改善日间手术流程，使更多患者受益。
Abstract
In the Inner Mongolia region, the incidence of inguinal hernia is relatively high. Taking the grassroots hospital of Sonid Right Banner People's Hospital as the basic unit, and based on the patients who underwent day-case inguinal hernia surgery from February 1st to December 31st, 2023, this study analyzes the implementation and limitations of day-case surgeries. The study aims to accelerate the adoption of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) principles, improve the day-case surgery process, and thereby benefit a larger population of patients.
