脑卒中具有高发病率、高复发率、高死亡率和高致残率的特点，居全球疾病前3位，早期识别和诊治是改善脑卒中转归的重要举措，而影像技术在其中具有重要地位。中华医学会神经病学分会及其脑血管病学组成立诊断指南制订专家委员会，结合国内外脑卒中诊治的最新指南和临床研究结果，根据我国脑卒中的实际临床诊治需求，在原来指南基础上进行修订，制订了《常用脑影像技术在脑卒中诊断中的应用指南》。 Stroke has the characteristics of high morbidity, high recurrence, high mortality and high disability, ranking among the top 3 diseases around the world.
