摘要
头颈部动脉夹层是卒中的少见病因,准确的诊断、合理的治疗、积极的预防对其预后尤为重要.中华医学会神经病学分会及其脑血管病学组组织专家在《中国颈部动脉夹层诊治指南2015》的基础上,结合近9年来我国的临床实践和国内外相关的循证医学证据,制订了《中国头颈部动脉夹层诊治指南2024》.本指南对头颈部动脉夹层的诊断、治疗和预防进行了系统更新,旨在为我国头颈部动脉夹层诊治的临床实践提供循证的规范性指导.
Abstract
Cervicocranial artery dissection is a rare etiology of stroke.Accurate diagnosis,reasonable treatment and effective prevention are particularly important for the prognosis.Chinese Society of Neurology and Chinese Stroke Society organized experts to formulate the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of cervicocranial artery dissection 2024 based on the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of cervical artery dissection 2015 and relevant evidence-based medical evidence as well as clinical practice in China in recent 9 years.This guideline systematically updated the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of cervicocranial artery dissection,intended to provide evidence-based standardized guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of cervicocranial artery dissection in China.
