摘要
疫苗是应对传染病最有效的手段.有关疫苗及其技术的研究取得巨大的进展,其中,病毒样蛋白纳米颗粒疫苗(virus-like protein nanoparticle vaccine,VLPNV)以其独特的技术优势和良好抗感染免疫保护效果,成为疫苗研发热点,并取得了良好的应用效果.本文就VLPNV在引发免疫反应、表达技术以及防治病毒感染应用等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为VLPNV的未来设计和研发提供参考.
Abstract
Vaccines are the most effective means of combating infectious diseases.Great progress has been made in the research of vaccines and their technologies.Among them,virus-like protein nanoparticle vaccine(VLPNV)has become a hot spot of vaccine research and development with its unique technical advantages and better anti-infection immune protection effects,and has achieved good application effects.In this paper,the latest research progress of virus-like nanoparticle vaccines in inducing immune response,VLPNV expression technology and preventing and treating virus infection has been reviewed,so as to provide the reference for the future design and development of VLPNV.
